Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Plumbing

Location: Oklahoma City, OK | Full-Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage relationships in the commercial plumbing market. You’ll call on plumbing wholesale distributors, contractors, facility maintenance personnel, specifying engineers, and building owners throughout Oklahoma City. This is a high-impact role for someone with technical sales experience in plumbing or related trades who enjoys building relationships and closing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, facility maintenance teams, specifying engineers, and building owners

  • Promote and sell commercial plumbing products and solutions

  • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts

  • Provide product knowledge, technical support, and site assistance

  • Conduct job site visits, troubleshoot issues, and support product start-ups for manufacturers we represent

  • Represent the company professionally in the field

  • Participate in manufacturer and factory training

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial plumbing products or a related trade preferred

  • Background in technical or outside sales strongly desired

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PDF editing software

  • Experience with ISQuotes or similar quoting software is a plus

  • Experience with CRM systems is also a plus

  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated, self-starter mindset

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Training on specific products and manufacturers provided, including paid in-person factory training.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Inside Sales & Quotations Representative – Commercial Plumbing

Location: Oklahoma City, OK | Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Inside Sales & Quotations Representative to support our commercial plumbing sales efforts. This role focuses on providing pricing, product support, and accurate commercial job quotations while working closely with outside sales, plumbing wholesale distributors, and customers.

As a small business, team members occasionally assist outside their primary role to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers, outside sales representatives, and distributors with product selection, pricing, and order processing

  • Prepare accurate and timely commercial job quotations for customers

  • Provide product knowledge and technical support related to commercial plumbing products

  • Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors on product availability, specifications, and lead times

  • Assist with order follow-up, expediting, and issue resolution as needed

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors

  • Assist with light warehouse duties as needed, including occasionally pulling orders, loading/unloading trucks, and helping with inventory

  • Participate in manufacturer and factory training

Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial plumbing products or a related trade preferred

  • Background in inside sales, customer service, or technical support strongly desired

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PDF editing software

  • Experience with ISQuotes or similar quoting software is a plus

  • Experience with CRM systems is also a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
